How to order by mail or fax

If you find a book you want advertised on our website but can't make it to the store, you can order online by following these simple directions.

Mail orders:

Click the title of the book you wish to order.  A printable ordering form will appear.  Fill it out completely, including your postal mailing address, daytime phone number or e-mail address, and your choice of payment (U.S. check, money order or VISA or Discover).  If paying by credit card, be sure to fill out the complete card number and expiration date, and you must include the three digit code on the reverse side at the end of the signature tape.  Don't forget to sign the form--we cannot process an order without your signature.  Upon receipt of your order, we will send an e-mail verification within one business day.

Fax orders:

Click the title of the book you wish to order.  A printable ordering form will appear.  Fill it out completely, including your postal mailing address, daytime phone number and/or e-mail address, and your choice of credit card as payment (VISA or Discover).  Be sure to fill out the complete credit card number and expiration date, and you must include the three digit code on the reverse side at the end of the signature tape.  Don't forget to sign the form--we cannot process an order without your signature.  Upon receipt of your order, we will send an e-mail verification within one business day.  For faxed orders, we can only accept credit cards as payment.

A note on shipping charges

Multiple books being shipped to one U.S. address:

Shipping and handling charges of $3.00 for the first book, and $1.50 for each additional book per address will apply to all orders under $40.00, prior to adding sales tax, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the order form. If you are combining an order from two or more forms, and that order is being shipped to one address, you need add only $3.00 for the first book and $1.50 for each additional book, as if you were ordering from one combined form.  

Multiple books being shipped to two or more U.S. addresses:

Shipping and handling charges of $3.00 for the first book, and $1.50 for each additional book per address will apply to all orders unless explicitly stated otherwise on the order form.

Mixed orders, per U.S. address:

Shipping and handling charges for the heaviest single item in an order (generally a book) will apply as the first item shipped in a mixed order.   The next heaviest item will be charged at the additional  item shipping/handling rate as specified on the order form for that particular item.

Free Shipping and Handling Offer:

On any single order to the same shipping address that totals $40.00, prior to the addition of sales tax, shipping and handling is free.  Please note that the total must equal or exceed $40.00 before adding in any applicable sales tax.

Foreign Destinations:

Please call, fax or write for shipping charges to destinations outside of the U.S.
